Information on facilities, amenities and services, available at each participating hotel, has been provided by the hotel or has been culled out from the hotel’s published promotional literature. Star-Classification to hotels is usually awarded by the Central/State Tourism authority. The same has been indicated, wherever applicable/available and as provided by the participating hotels or indicated in the Hotel Federation annual guide. Although efforts have been made to maintain correctness of information, Kolkata Hotel does not guarantee authenticity of any.

Kolkata Hotel is not in any way responsible for quality of the product or services at any of the participating hotels. Kolkata Hotel makes every effort to keep all information updated. However, the participating hotels have reserved the right to change their tariff without notice. Consequently, the information on hotel tariff is subject to change without notice.

Cars

Kolkata Hotel has taken great care in selecting its car vendor partners who are mostly reputed companies in business of surface facilitation for several years. However, Kolkata Hotel does not guarantee performance of the vehicle or the quality of the service provided by these third party vendors. The browser/renter is advised to carefully go through the Terms and Conditions of Use provided by each car vendor and only then select the service.

Kolkata Hotel has provided for capturing all relevant information required for facilitating car transfers, which are all passed on to the car vendor with every booking. However, Kolkata Hotel is not responsible for failure on the part of the driver to recognize the renter. For this purpose, detailed vendor address, contact names and telephone and other communication numbers have been provided on the website for the renter to establish contact.

Packages

Kolkata Hotel has taken great care in selecting its package vendor partners, who are mostly established package operators in business for several years. However, Kolkata Hotel does not take guarantee of the quality of service or facilities provided by third party vendors. The Package Operator’s Terms of Use has been individually provided and should be read through carefully before booking the same.

Air and Train Schedules

The air and train schedule is not dynamic and is provided only as static data, which will be periodically updated. Also the air/train schedules are not comprehensive and cover only select services and destinations. Consequently, the browser is advised to recheck all details before use.
